Tomato sauce


Tomato sauce

2 cans 28 oz. Crushed  concentrated tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 -12oz can paste
1lb beef /w Italian sausage
1-2 onions
1 cup celery
1 small pepper
sweet basil
oragano

add soda to can tomatoes & simmer. Brown meat in oil , then add to tomatoes. Saute onions in iol, add past & simmer a few minutes, then add to tomatoes, with 1 cup diced celery with leaves, pepper, add salt,pepper, garlic powder, crushed sweet basil and a sprinkle oregano. Then add to sauce. Serve with your favorite pasta.
